Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Remora mobile application. By accessing or using Remora, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. IPTV Content & Copyright Policy (Strict Notice)

  1. No Content Provided: Remora does NOT supply, host, broadcast, transmit, resell, or distribute any video streams, IPTV subscriptions, TV channels, or media files of any kind.
  2. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any playlist (M3U, Xtream Codes, Stalker Portal) or URL you import into Remora is legally obtained and authorized for viewing in your jurisdiction.
  3. Copyright Compliance: Remora strictly respects international copyright laws. We do not facilitate or condone the unauthorized streaming of copyrighted material.
  4. Third-Party Providers: Remora has no affiliation, partnership, or association with any third-party IPTV service providers, playlist creators, or content hosts.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Remora to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the copyright, trademark, patent, or intellectual property rights of any party.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the application beyond what is permitted by applicable open-source licenses.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or network connections of paired smart devices.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Remora is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • The uptime, resolution, audio quality, or availability of third-party video streams.
  • Compatibility with every TV model, firmware release, or local network configuration.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Remora, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the application or the content played through it.
